Its really really official! My heart is overfilled with joy whenever someone says, "Neory parang pumayat ka." or ask, "Neory pumayat ka ba?" I would smile, nod, and thank that person! =p

I have been wanting to lose weight as long as I can remember. This is the time that I really felt good about losing weight. I did not do crash diet. This weight loss started when I entered  Coca-Cola SR1 for my internship. Working in there had exhausted all of my energy for a day-to-day basis. The other thing was, I don't get to have eating breaks in between. As I have phrased it, "Nakakahiyang kumain sa Coke."  I was assigned in the Quality Assurance Department and I must say that work loads in there is continuous. Product sampling and testing goes on and on and on for a day. Coca-Cola SR1 works 24/7. So there, I only get to have coffee and two gardenia bread for breakfast (7am), rice+viand+fruit for lunch (11am), and rice+viand for dinner (6pm).

Now that I am stressed out because of Chemical Engineering, I do ride my bike for cardio activity.
